To ensure the best possible outcome for our guests, our team and our community.

Gift Cards

Our gift cards are available in any dollar amount and can be redeemed for salon services or product purchases. Unfortunately, they are not redeemable for cash, and we cannot reimburse lost or stolen gift cards.

Cancellation

As a courtesy to our guests and team members, appointments must be canceled no later than 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a service fee.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and cash, as well as local personal checks with a valid Florida Driver’s License or Identification Card. Returned checks are subject to a return check fee as provided by law.

Gratuity

Our rates do not include gratuity, but it is greatly appreciated if you feel the service warrants it! As a convenience, we offer the option of adding a gratuity to your credit card at the time of payment.

Deposits

We do require a $50 deposit at the time of booking for any service that is likely to exceed $200.00. For hair extensions, we also require a down payment of 50% of the cost of the extensions.

Product Exchange

We are happy to accept unused Aveda products as returns or to exchange them for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please bring a valid Bangz Park Avenue receipt to complete your return or exchange.

Loss or Damage

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing or accessories. Please keep valuables with you during your appointment.

Child Safety

We welcome families with children of all ages to our salon. However, to ensure their safety, children under the age of 11 must remain supervised by a parent or guardian while in the salon.
